Bollywar is a place for fans to compare actors and movies, participate in battles, share opinions, and celebrate the people behind the entertainment they enjoy. We want the platform to be fun, welcoming, and respectful. Remember that everyone is human. Actors, filmmakers, production staff, fans, and other community members deserve basic respect, even when opinions differ.2. Respect Different Opinions
People will not always agree on the best actor, movie, performance, or character. You are welcome to support your favourite stars passionately, but you must not insult, threaten, bully, or harass someone simply because they disagree with you. Challenge opinions, not people’s dignity.3. Keep Battles Fun
Battles are designed for entertainment and friendly competition.- Vote for whichever option you prefer.
- Share your opinions without attacking other fans.
- Accept that other users may choose differently.
- Do not manipulate votes or organize deceptive activity to distort results.
- Do not turn a movie or actor comparison into a campaign of personal abuse.
4. Show Appreciation Responsibly
The Fan Wall is intended for genuine appreciation of stars and their work. Share positive messages, favourite moments, and reasons why a performance or personality matters to you. Do not use the Fan Wall to harass celebrities, publish invasive personal comments, spread rumours, or make threatening statements. Appreciation should respect personal boundaries.5. No Harassment or Hate
We do not tolerate:- Threats or targeted harassment.
- Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
- Bullying or repeated unwanted targeting.
- Sharing private information to intimidate someone.
- Impersonation or deliberate deception.
- Encouraging violence against individuals or groups.
6. Be Honest
Do not misrepresent yourself as a celebrity, an official representative, or someone associated with a production house or entertainment organization. Do not present rumours as confirmed facts or create misleading content intended to deceive other users. Bollywar is an independent platform. Content appearing on it should not be interpreted as an official statement or endorsement from a featured star or organization.7. Respect Privacy
Do not share another person’s private information without authorization. Remember that battle votes and followed stars are private by default. If you voluntarily share a screenshot revealing your vote, understand that other people may see it. Respect other users’ privacy choices and do not attempt to circumvent the platform’s privacy features.8. Keep the Platform Useful
Avoid spam, repetitive posts, irrelevant comments, automated activity, and attempts to manipulate engagement. Use battles and the Fan Wall for their intended purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users’ participation.9. Reporting Problems
If you encounter harassment, abusive content, impersonation, privacy violations, or other misconduct, report it to contact@bollywar.com. For legal or privacy-related concerns, contact legal@bollywar.com. Do not retaliate against users or organize harassment campaigns in response to a violation. Report the issue and allow the platform to review it.10. Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the circumstances. Serious cases may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by law. Bollywar may take reasonable action to protect the community and maintain a safe platform.11. Our Shared Responsibility
Every user contributes to the atmosphere of Bollywar. Support your favourites, enjoy the battles, appreciate great performances, and disagree when you need to. Just remember: passion for entertainment should never become an excuse to disrespect people.
